If you do not have an account, your order details will be outlined on your Order Confirmation. If you have not received your Order Confirmation, please contact us here.

If your product was delivered damaged or you believe your product may be faulty, please contact our team here where we will be able to assess, and a solution will be provided.
When using Paypal ECheque, please note that your order will not be despatched until payment has been received by Aspect.

Any request through the courier for an “Authority to Leave” on your order is at the consumers discretion and Aspect Skincare will not be liable for any loss when selecting this option.

If your order is showing as delivered, we ask that you please check the surrounds of your delivery address and follow up with any neighbours.
If your address is unattended at the time of delivery, and your order isn’t left at your address, a call card will notify you to pick up the parcel from your nearest Australia Post or NZ Couriers outlet.
You will require ID to pick up your parcel.
The best way to track or redirect your parcels is via Australia Post or via NZ Couriers.

If the product is unopened, you may return product/s that have been purchased through Aspect Skincare for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
The exception to this is if:
- The product is deemed faulty;
- You have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction

Our packaging uses airless, double insulated packaging, designed to maintain the concentration and stability of active ingredients within our formulas. Because of this, it is vital to prime your product before use.
To prime your product, hold the product upside down and pump continuously in this position until product dispenses. If your product does not dispense, please contact our team here so we can assist further.
Yes, our boxes can be recycled.
Our box supplier is affiliated and accredited with PEFC and only use material that has been sourced sustainably.

Our Aspect products have a shelf life of 24 months unopened and used within 12 months once opened.
Aspect Retail size products should last approximately 2-3 months if using the 1 metered dose, twice daily.
1 pump = 1 metered dosage.
We advise to keep the in an upright position to ensure longevity and efficacy and to avoid storing your product in direct sunlight.
As a company we support animal rights and are proud to confirm that Aspect Skincare products have not been tested on animals for the purposes of approval for sale in Australia and New Zealand.
We always recommend to please consult your medical practitioner during pregnancy and while lactating prior to use of our products.

Promotional Terms and Conditions:
The Promoter is Advanced Skin Technology Pty Ltd (ACN 007 203 447) (AST) located at Ground Floor, 6-8 Compark Circuit, Mulgrave VIC 3170, Australia.
1. These terms govern participation in the Aspect World Sleep Day Gift With Purchase (GWP) Promotion (the Promotion) available via Aspect’s direct to consumer website (https://www.aspectskincare.com.au | https://www.aspectskincare.co.nz ), in the region applicable to the customer, only.
2. By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, Aspect’s terms and conditions of trade, and the terms of the applicable Aspect website ordering system, available at https://www.aspectskincare.com.au | https://www.aspectskincare.co.nz. Customers must also abide by Aspect’s privacy policy found at https://www.aspectskincare.com.au/aspect/store/privacy-policy and https://www.aspectskincare.co.nz/aspect/store/privacy-policy.
3. This Promotion is open to customers located in Australia and New Zealand. This includes Healthcare Professionals (HCP) as defined in the Medical Technology Industry Code of Practice Edition 14 - 2026, this definition includes a person in training or a person under the direction or control of an HCP.
4. The Promotion is available through Aspect’s website (https://www.aspectskincare.com.au | https://www.aspectskincare.co.nz ), 12:01am on March 13th 2026, until 11:59pm on March 16th, 2026 (Open Period), in the customer’s applicable local time zone (AEDT or NZDT),or while stocks last. No rainchecks. No backorders.
5. The Promotion may be applied once per eligible order during the Open Period. Customers may place multiple orders, provided each meets the Promotion criteria. A maximum of one (1) GWP will be provided per order. No substitutions to the contents of the GWP are permitted.
6. For all orders, the GWP will be automatically added to cart at checkout to all eligible orders. To qualify, customers must achieve a minimum spend of $250.00 on Aspect and Aspect Minerals products.
7. Promotion excludes the Aspect Sun. Excluded products may be added to the order but do not count towards the qualifying spend and do not entitle the customer to any GWP.
8. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise by AST.
9. Standard shipping fees apply. All orders must be submitted within the Open Period. Requests to backdate orders outside this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
10. AST reserves the right to verify orders and cancel any that do not comply with these terms or AST’s online ordering terms.
11. AST may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any of its components without notice.
12. Personal Information and Privacy

(b) Aspect collects personal information from customers for the purpose of administering the Promotion. This information may be disclosed to third parties as required for the conduct of the Promotion or in the ordinary course of business. (c) Customers may be added to Aspect’s marketing database. Aspect may use customers’ names and contact details for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in various formats. By entering the Promotion, customers consent to such use. Customers may contact Aspect to access or update their personal information.
13. To the extent permitted by law, AST is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion. Liability is limited to the value of the relevant customer order.
